xe-cute will be able to look further into it for you if necessary, but have you tried checking your junk mail filters to make sure it's not being blocked or redirected that way? Universities often have fairly restrictive junk mail filters.

You can re-request your validation email from the system by clicking the 're-send validation email' button (right under your username) at the top of the board.
As Quantinuity says though, chances are it has gone in to your junk/spam folder by mistake the 1st time somehow.
If you have any further problems than email me direct from your registered email and I will manually validate it for you.
